We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fake Cali purchase so we will happily refund or credit your order any time within 14 days of receipt if it’s not quite right. Please see details and terms below.

Returns Terms and Guidelines

•   Products must be returned within 14 days of.

•   Products must be returned in perfect saleable condition with all original tags attached, (NOT worn, altered, or washed). Unfortunately, we are unable to refund items where the swing ticket has been removed.

•   All return items are checked thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition before any refund or exchange issued.

•   We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.

•   Fake Cali does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective, please the contact us form (link below).

•   If an item is found to be faulty, we will always offer a replacement in the first instance, if this is not possible then a refund shall be issued.

•   If an item is deemed faulty, we shall reimburse return postal charges.

•   We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.

•   Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

•   All Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Once we receive the returned order, we aim to process all Online Returns within 3 working days. We will then send you an email confirmation that your refund has been processed or that your exchange has been actioned.
